If a person defaults on credit card payment what would be the result?

If a person defaults on credit card payment what would be the effect on his financial health?is there any legal action that would be taken on him?

The default and subsequent collections would show on the credit report and lower the credit score.

In addition to being hounded for payment, the credit card company or the collection agency who buys the debt can sue. they would win a judgment which would further damage your credit. with the judgment, they can attach your bank account, garnish wages, and lien personal property. Judgments are good for a long time and can be renewed.

Could include some or all of the following:

1. the creditor will file a suit in court to recover what is owed or they can seize your account to satisfy the debt owed (if the debt and your account is at the same bank - no court order needed).
2. Failing that, they will sell the debt to a collection agency.
3. the 1st two items above will both be reflected on your credit profile (double whammy).
4. a successful court finding will allow the bank or collection agency to garnish your wages.
5. Say good-bye to low interest loans without substantial down payments.
6. Difficulty in renting an apartment (credit checks are being done on prospective renters).
7. Difficulty in getting a decent paying job (credit checks are being done on prospective employees)

  2. No, you are still responsible for your bills. Utility companies have been saying this since there was word of a strike. You can usually check your bills on the utility company website using a number on your bill (different for different companies. My account number is also my customer number) and either pay online or at your bank. You can also just call your utility/credit card company.

Syria, like many other dictatorial Arab countries are ruled by family oriented fascist dictatorships. Those autocrat rulers consider their countries as personal property and hold their “property” with iron fists. This was in Iraq, and still is in "part" Libya, as well Syria.

I am very against this all adults around kids who don’t have kids themselves must be predators. Since I was an adult who loved kids for a very long time due to infertility and just not being ready to have kids yet, this is frankly a slap in the face to me.

"In a long time" suggests the absence of something. "For a long time" suggests the presence of something. e.g. I haven't been home in a long time. I've lived here for a long time.
"Met" implies the first time you encounter someone. "Seen" or "run into" better describe repeat encounters. So, the best way of saying what you mean is "I haven't seen her in a long time."

I wonder if you could sleep well if there were no insurance companies. Would you risk driving or owning personal property or your protection against liability or leaving your family a nest egg should you die prematurely?

Anyone who calls DPW, then waits 4 days for them to come out to do what you yourself could have done in an hour (including time to go to the grocery store to buy the cleaner) is nothing more than a horrifically lazy leach on society. Then they have the temerity to whine that the taxpayer didn’t do an awesome job giving their personal property a free scrubbing.

Google cant engineer a social network using code, a social network requires specific steps to be carried out in perfect order, it cant be done overnight, you need to build smaller networks and connect them to larger networks as time progresses. It takes a long time, years even.
