I want to accept credit cards but i need one with good customer service and one that can handle me taking collections from customers. Please tell me your experience and all you can TY.
Depending on what you do/sell you could always use
PayPal.com - they have a merchant account service that really kicks butt.
My favorite is 1shoppingcart.com that's some serious stuff. I don't know what you need to do, but that's about as good as it gets.
The small business I work for uses RBSLynk. you can process payments over your internet connection. It's encrypted for security and easy to use.

My PA said there was a Paypal visit today, so I got the office tidy and got my accounts ready. On the whole I find that they offer a good Merchant Account service for my business, with low fees etc, but I was a bit peeved when they didn't show up today.
