What is the typical annual salary for an outside sales position in the credit card processing industry?

Selling credit card processing contracts & equipment to business owners. I have experience in this industry and know how it works, but I have never been on the sales end. the salary is 100% commission plus residuels.
Please only answer if you have experience in the field.
Also, what is your typical work week like?

40-50hrs. starts off around 30-35k a year. There is better work out there. Don't rely on the commission either.

I'm not in credit card sales, but I have been in the auto business ever since I turned 18 I'm 28 now. any job thats 100% commision will strictly depend on how smart and hard you work. You really don't want to know the national average for income in any commision proffesion because it's really low. It takes a special kind of person to succeed. I personally will never do anything else. in order to truly succeed (Get rich you will need to put in massive hours at first so you can build a customer base. When i first started selling cars I literally worked 6-7 days a week 12 hour days for 5 years only takeing 1-2 days off a month. I'm now a wholesaler and make my own hours and have 8 employees. I love sales because it is the only job you get paid what your worth. If you work hard and smart you can get rich if you don't you will be extremely stressed out. the hardest part and best advice I can give you is make sure you always follow the "Steps to a sale." and make sure you "Ask for the Sale." alot of salespeople think they asked but don't actually ask. then just make a friend. GOODLUCK

The schedules are greatly reduced outside the typical work hours, most trips involve a transfer not coordinated by the schedules involving waiting in the weather, and the overall trip is at least 4 times longer than a car, or worse.

Think about the NY Ave metro — but not in NoMa proper. The people who ride the redline home to Truxton, B’dale, and Eckington all at least get within spitting distance of N Cap, which is going to be the next noteworthy emerging “hip strip” — in 5 years’ time or less. It’s prob still cheap enough to buy there — big plus. Condo developments are planned near N Cap in Eckington, which would add to your customer base in a couple years.

No, that doesn't work. Semicolons are used to separate 2 complete thoughts (2 independent clauses/2 sentences.) These 2 thoughts must relate to each other; if they don't, split them into two sentences.

A comma is needed in your sentence. You could shorten it to be less word-y:

"A second, significant matter needing akcnowledgement is the corporation’s limited liquidity position, a result of a concentrated customer base."

They actually do it because the merchant services monopoly on credit card processing fees is outrageous. Most businesses pay tens of thousands of dollars a year so you can use your credit card since you don’t actually have cash.

Netflix, this new page that you got going on is pretty horrible. First, your customer base is not made up of senior citzens. The icons don't need to be that huge. Second, the merry-go-round thing has to go. It makes you dizzy. I don't want to feel dizzy, while I'm trying to find a movie. That being said, fix it or I'm going to cancel my service. I was very happy with the service before, but this new thing that you have has to be changed.

You didn't answer my question.  Do you work during the day?  Are you making these posts on your company's dime?  My guess is yes and you won't admit to it.  How much personal stuff do you do during your typical work day, on your company's dime?

I am always baffled when I see a company spend resources on changes that just piss off the customer base, do nothing to improve the service, and completely ignore the obvious changes that would actually make it a better service (and generate more cash for Netflix.)

Leigha, why don’t YOU stop whining? If you are so broke, then make more money. Remember, a typical work week has 40 hrs.
