I raced against him on iRacing in a Star Mazda at Laguna Seca...His name is also William Power on the service, but that's just because it uses your credit card name. I was 3rd and he blew by me from 4th, never saw him for the rest of the race.

I use the NAB Gold Visa Debit card. The account fee is $10 a month but it is waived if you deposit more than $5000 a month into your account (this can be as simple as transfering the money into your account one day and back out the next).

I travel with 1 Amex, and 1 Visa Debit card, and I've never had much trouble, as all the portable PIN machines also accept swipes.

In the top right corner, beneath the "cart" and "wish list" buttons, you should see a small blue are (at the top of the column on the right side of the page) that says "ready to order?" Inside that blue box is a yellow button reading "proceed to checkout." Click that and you're on your way. You'll need to fill out the registration and possibly sign up for an amazon account that will store your shipping address and billing info.

Unrelated stuff. To answer your question, yes, absolutely link your Amazon account to it, then you can get all of your authorized purchases transferred. Jailbreaking in this case refers to being able to use non-default fonts, non-default screensavers and (for the more hardcore) stuff like tethering other devices to the 3G connection. You can add any compatible ebook to the kindle, regardless of source.
